Located just five minutes away from Intendente metro station and within easy walking distance of Rossio Square, this flat is right downtown but nestled in a quieter residential area. Street parking is readily available so you can rent a car and park it on the neighboring streets without too much hassle.
The flat also comes fully stocked with sheets, towels, soap, hand cream, makeup rounds, cue tips, and shampoo – everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are even complimentary coffee capsules and a bottle of wine provided with each booking.
For groups or families of five or less, there’s a comfortable pull-out couch in the living room plus an optional baby cot and high chair available on request too.

What time is check-in and check-out?
We understand the importance of a comfortable and convenient stay for our guests. To ensure this, check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is required at 11:00 the next day. We are always on hand to provide guests with the best experience but we cannot always offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. If it’s not possible and you would like to drop off your luggage before 14:00 or leave your luggage after checkout, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to help!
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the potential for allergies and other health concerns for the next guest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I plan a party or an event?
No parties or events are allowed. We strive to maintain a peaceful, serene atmosphere for our guests and our local neighbors alike, so please respect the residential rules during your stay. To ensure safety and comfort for all, we kindly ask that you refrain from organizing any kind of gathering, including parties or events of any size.
However, if you wish to have a few people visit during your stay, please inform us by sending us the IDs of the people who will be joining you. Note that there is an extra charge for guests who stay overnight.
Can I pay with a credit card?
No, unfortunately, we do not accept payments by credit card at this time. For the time being, we only accept payments via Paypal or bank deposit.
How does automatic check-in work?
We offer an incredibly convenient self-check-in system to make your stay stress free and enjoyable. You will receive a unique entry code as well as clear instructions via email prior to your stay so you can access the property at any time after 2 pm without needing to meet anyone in person. Additionally, we provide you with a wifi code to help make your check-in experience even easier. If you have any questions or special requests regarding check-in and key collection, please let us know before your arrival.
Is cleaning included?
All stays include a complimentary change of sheets and towels for stays lasting more than one week. For longer stays, we offer a free monthly cleaning service which involves cleaning floors, the kitchen and bathroom as well as changing all the linen and towels. Any extra cleaning services can also be requested for an additional fee. For those who prefer to do their own cleaning, we now offer cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner and mop.
Does the apartment come with towels and sheets included?
All stays include towels and sheets made of high-quality cotton, as well as a hair dryer. To ensure your comfort, we also provide amenities such as body soap, shampoo, and hand soap to make sure you have a fulfilling stay. We also provide additional amenities such as a few pods for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher, as well as dishwashing soap and coffee capsules.
What equipment does the kitchen provide?
Our kitchens come fully equipped with everything you need to cook for 5 people! You’ll find modern appliances, including a spacious fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. An oven is also available along with all the necessary accessories such as pots and pans, kitchen utensils and dishes.
How fast is the internet?
The internet in our downtown Lisbon apartments is incredibly fast and reliable, ensuring that you can continue working remotely without any disruptions. We recently increased our internet capacity to 500mb/s, providing a strong, dependable wifi signal throughout the flat. For those who need a dedicated workspace, we even have a desk set up.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time up to 5 days prior to your check-in date. However, it is important to note that if you do decide to cancel after the 5-day limit or do not show up on the day of check-in, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Do you have extra beds for kids?
Children under 3 years old can stay for free. We provide families with babies a range of facilities to make your stay more comfortable. Baby cots are available on request, as well as a high chair and a hand blender.
Is the flat wheelchair accessible?
This is a ground-floor flat which means there are not that many steps to climb. There are however about 6 steps to get from the building entrance to the flat door. Please contact us if you need more information on accessibility.
Can I rent long-term?
Yes, we offer long-term rental options. Our monthly rental fee includes all utilities such as electricity, water and heating/cooling, as well as a complimentary cleaning service once a month with fresh linen and towels.
