Is cleaning included?
Yes, all our apartments come with complimentary cleaning services. This includes a change of sheets and towels for stays lasting over one week, as well as monthly deep cleanings which involve sanitizing and disinfecting all surfaces in the apartment.
Extra cleaning services are available for an additional fee, or you can use the provided cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner and mop if you want to do it yourself.
Do apartments come with linen and towels?
Yes, all our apartments come with high-quality linen and towels made with 100% cotton that are provided for your comfort. To make your stay more enjoyable, we also provide other amenities like body soap, shampoo, hand cream and hand soap.
A few pods for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher, as well as dishwashing soap are also provided. For those who would like a quick pick-me-up during their stay, we also supply a few coffee capsules in the flat.
What kind of equipment will I find in the kitchen?
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a spacious fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You’ll also find an oven along with pots and pans, kitchen utensils and dishes.
Is the internet fast?
Yes, the internet is very fast and reliable. We increased our internet capacity to 500mb/s post-pandemic to ensure that those working remotely can do so without any issues or disruptions.
Our wifi signal reaches throughout the flat and we even have a dedicated workspace set up allowing you to get your work done quickly and reliably!
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the start of your stay. If you decide to cancel after that limit or do not show up on check-in day, please note that the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

What about extra beds for kids?
