What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 14:00, while check-out is required at 11:00. Our team of professional staff are dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible, however early check-in options cannot always be offered due to cleaning schedules. If you do need to drop off your luggage earlier, please make sure to contact our me ahead of time for more information or to leave your luggage with us after check-out.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to possible allergies of the next guest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I have a party or plan an event?
No, parties or events are not permitted but you can have someone over. We want to ensure that all of our guests, as well as our local neighbors, can enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, so please respect the residential rules during your stay.

Yes, all of our apartments come with a complimentary cleaning service. This consists of a change of sheets and towels for stays over one week. For longer stays, we offer a free monthly cleaning that includes a change of sheets and towels, as well as cleaning the bathroom, kitchen and floors.

Children under 3 stay free of charge and baby cots as well as a high chair can be provided on request.
