I loved this stunning two-bedroom flat when we stayed here. I felt it had been designed with elegance and style, and had an outdoor terrace with outdoor seating, a plush sofa in the living room and lots of modern amenities which made my stay really comfortable.
It’s conveniently located 10 minutes away from Santos Station and is surrounded by some of Lisbon’s most iconic attractions such as The National Museum of Ancient Art. Since up to 5 people can sleep here, it’s a great value option for families and groups of friends.

Liberdade Elegance has an amazing outdoor terrace and great perks like air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. My favorite part of this flat is the incredible heated pool and sauna– who wouldn’t swoon!
This definitely justifies the price difference and makes it a fabulous option if you want to splurge for a few nights. With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it sleeps up to 4 people and was a great fit for my family.

Although I haven’t stayed in this flat, I love the beautiful wooden floors and modern design. Tandem Palacio Alfama Suites is perfect for couples or families looking for an extended stay in Lisbon.

Cons:
- Two elevators that don’t connect on the same floor take you to the sixth floor, this can be inconvenient
- Taxi-only street – rental car and Ubers must unload at the end of the block and walk up.

I love the convenience of Luxury Avenida Da Liberdade Flat. It’s really well located and a pool is just what you need in Lisbon during the summer. What a find!

Located a 3-minute walk from Santos station, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom flat can sleep up to 8 people and offers incredible value for the price. It has a fabulous modern kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a beautiful pool with gorgeous views of Lisbon.
The flat has very nice furnishings and luxurious carpets that will welcome you home after exploring all that this great city has to offer. The elegant mid-century touches throughout the large spaces definitely bring the modern design up a notch!
Santa Catarina Luxury Apartment is ideal if you would love to gather in the living room in the evenings before going out for dinner or enjoying a home-cooked meal.

The Boulevard is a great flat located in the heart of Lisbon, right on Rossio square. I loved the stunning views of the city skyline, and the modern amenities like a washing machine and a dishwasher. I really couldn’t have asked for more during my stay!
Although we were only 2, it comfortably sleeps up to 4 people – making it perfect for couples or families alike! My favorite perks were the sauna, and heated pool although they weren’t in the building!
The fitness center was also a nice touch but I particularly liked that communicating with the owner was easy and the door codes made everything a breeze on arrival.
Pros:
- One of the poshest locations in Lisbon.
- Excellent shower head!
- Quite well soundproofed!
Cons:
- The sauna and pool are marvellous, but on the other side of the street, so rather inconvenient!

The Ascension is the perfect spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Lisbon. Located right on Rossio Square, this flat offers stunning views of the city skyline and all the comforts you could ask for during your stay.
We loved this two-bedroom flat and found it to be really versatile. My favorite part was the small balcony with outdoor seating, but the 2-minute walk from the metro station was a close second!
I also like how the Ascension had a very soothing decore and a nice neutral color palette, creating a sense of calm. Although I did find the bedrooms a little small, there was a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an oven, which made up for the tight sleeping quarters!

I really like the color scheme in this one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment. It’s small yet mighty since it has all the important amenities, like an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an elevator, which is very convenient for a fifth floor penthouse.
I personally love the vaulted ceilings a the Bridge View which make it feel cozy and charming. It also has a relaxed bohemian design which adds character to the already amazing space.

If you’re looking for something extra special, look no further than this luxurious penthouse in the heart of Lisbon’s oldest district, near the port. Located in Bica, Ahead of the Game has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. I haven’t stayed here, but wouldn’t hesitate if I had the chance!
The penthouse flat is just a 10-minute walk from Cais de Sodre metro station and offers unbeatable river views from the private balcony. I can just imagine myself sipping my dirty martini up there.
I love the beautiful vaulted wood-beamed ceiling, and the super stylishly well-equipped kitchen. The sunset while you make dinner in this flat must be just incredible!
Pros:
- Great location for tourism.
- Gorgeous views of the river below from the private balcony.
Cons:
- Luggage may need to go up in a few trips due to the small building elevator.
- Located at the top of a relatively steep pedestrian way.

Are you an architect buff? Then this is just the ticket! This one bedroom, one bathroom flat sleeps 2, and is perfect for art lovers. It is full of art and designer furniture and is just really tastefully decorated. Sterling Bronze is not a place for families, by any means, but is a fab place to splurge one night as a couple.
I love that the traditional charm in this flat has been highlighted by adding a modern edge to it all. Plush amenities such as bathrobes are available, and it’s only a three-minute walk to Baixa-Chiado metro station!

I’m a bookworm, so just love this stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in the Amoreiras area of Lisbon. Just a five-minute walk from the Rato metro station, it is also located next to Amoreiras Garden, a really nice park.
By the Books can sleep up to 4 people, has a nice terrace and offers lots of amenities and convenient perks for children, like books, toys and dinnerware.
I love what they’ve done with the design- they’ve managed to showcase a huge collection of books! Other amenities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an oven.
Pros:
- Cute little terrace.
- Close to Amoreiras Garden.
Cons:
- No parking spot.
- On the 4th floor, no elevator

- Ponto Final: Enjoy delicious traditional Portuguese cuisine while overlooking the Tagus River at this hidden gem.
- A Taberna do Mar: Indulge in authentic Portuguese fish dishes with a twist served in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere in this tiny place! Not to be missed.
- O Boteco: An excellent place for Brazilian food with striking decor. This is one of the new restaurants I’ve been going to recently.
- Marisqueira Lys: This place is just as good as Ramiro’s, but without the lineup and with much better service. If seafood is your thing, then try this place right downtown.
- The Food Temple: This is a great vegan option. Here the creative and flavorful vegan dishes are made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You’ll love it!
- Ao 26 – Vegan Food Project: This is THE BEST vegan place in town! It offer a variety of plant-based dishes, from burgers to pastries, in a cozy spot in the heart of Lisbon.
- O Frade: This quaint restaurant offers a friendly atmosphere and serves up traditional Portuguese dishes that can please both adults and kids.
- Izcalli Antojeria: If you’re tired of Portuguese food, this Mexican restaurant is a great change. It has a relaxed and vibrant setting, with a menu that caters to both adults and kids.

If you’re dying to wander Lisbon’s downtown area and get some shopping done, start with these hot spots.
✅ LXFactory: This is my go to when I want to get something a little different. It’s a former industrial complex turned creative hub in Alcântara with unique shops, boutiques, art galleries, fab food and design studios. It’s a very cool place to be!
✅ Feira da Ladra Market: If you’re looking for an interesting experience, try this for a few hours! This authentic flea market takes place in Alfama and you’ll find antiques, vintage items, and curiosities on Tuesday and Saturday mornings until 14:00.
✅ A Vida Portuguesa: This store will absorb you for hours! The charming shops in Chiado and Intendente showcase traditional Portuguese products like ceramics, soaps, wines, and gourmet treats. It’s were you’ll find the best souvenirs.
✅ Príncipe Real: If you want some Portuguese designer pieces check out this hub for new artists and young startups. This upscale neighborhood is full of chic fashion stores, concept shops, and stylish home decor. Make suer to visit Embaixada, a renovated palace turned concept store.
