Ericeira Surfboard Rental – the Ultimate Guide
Read on to find out where you can rent surfing Equipment in the Surf Reserve around Ericeira.
How much is an Ericeira surfboard rental?
Surfboard rental prices in Ericeira vary depending on the type of board you want to rent, the length of time you need it for, and the shop you go to.
Generally speaking, for complete gear, expect to pay around 20-30 Euros for a half-day rental, or 30-50 Euros for a full-day rental. However, most shops offer discounts for longer rentals or if you’re renting more than one board at a time.
🔴 Watch out! When renting, shops will request your ID as a deposit, and generally won’t rent to anyone who has never had a surf lesson. Without at least one lesson the chances of damaging the board are high, and safety is also an important consideration. Surf centers consider the customer’s surf skill and the climatic conditions, and reserve the right not to rent a board if they feel currents are too dangerous.
